Bring Back The NHS was a major pre-election event I managed and supported on a voluntary basis, in my spare time. It presented a programme of 25 celebrities, medical professionals and patients, hosted by Sir Ian McKellen, all delivering pre-election testimony on the state of the NHS.
I was responsible the marketing and ticket sales strategy which helped to fund the event. I produced the live event from artist liaison to giving technical cues. I also helped onboard the speakers, contacting celebrities, liaising with their management and convincing them to be a part of it. The entire event was organised, funded and sold out in three weeks.
