The Round is the international sister company of Silicon Milkroundabout.

I built the business from scratch with our first location being New York. My role involved all the daily admin, hustling contacts, looking after the logistics for both the business and the event, developing the brand and implemented processes for equality and diversity.

We launched our first event in Brooklyn in October 2019 with 40 companies and 750 attendees. We had an all female engineering panel discussion and partnered with Milk Bar (seen on Netflix’s Chefs Table).
